What is the Eastpak warranty policy?
Most of our standard products are covered by a 30-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. Special items or collaborations may have different terms, usually a 2-year warranty.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free of charge if you use our pre-paid return labels provided in the returns portal.
How do I clean my Eastpak backpack?
We recommend cleaning your pack with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap and cold water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the protective coatings.
Which payment methods do you accept?
